Welcome to the Valeen Vista HOA Management Information System (MIS) portal. By accessing, registering, or using this digital community management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This portal is strictly dedicated to verified homeowners, residents, and authorized administrators/staff of Valeen Vista Phase II-A subdivision in Zamboanga City. Unauthorized access, account spoofing, or attempts to access database records by non-members is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the portal, homeowners must submit valid registration forms containing accurate personal details and house lot assignments. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. You agree to immediately notify the HOA office of any unauthorized account activity.

3. Permitted Portal Activities

Registered users may use this platform to:

  • Submit household profile revisions, co-resident updates, tenant listings, vehicle details, and pet records.
  • View monthly water utility billing statements and transaction history.
  • File complaints or repair tickets and view technician assignment statuses.
  • Review official announcements, guidelines, and notice circulars.
4. Prohibited Behaviors

When using the portal, users agree not to:

  • Provide fraudulent information, fake ownership deeds, or false statements during profiling and ticket filing.
  • Use offensive, defamatory, or abusive language in tickets or comment fields.
  • Attempt to inject malicious scripts, brute force logins, or bypass authentication routes.
5. Disclaimer of Liability

While the HOA strives to keep the system available at all times and update water billings/readings promptly, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to system updates, network maintenance, or hosting outages.

6. Changes to Terms

The Homeowners Association reserves the right to revise these terms of service as neighborhood guidelines change. Continued use of the portal following revisions implies acceptance of the updated terms.
